ABOUT ME

About me

A low-frequency space for understanding the body as an ecosystem. I work with people seeking a slower, more intuitive approach to nourishment, rhythm, and self-connection.

Not a performance of wellness, but a return to rhythm.

ABOUT

A practice shaped by attention, slowness, and lived experience.

The Common Body was created from the belief that wellbeing becomes more sustainable when it is rooted in relationship rather than control. My work sits at the meeting point of nourishment, embodiment, and everyday ritual.

I work with people who are ready to listen more deeply to the body, not as a problem to fix, but as a living landscape asking for care, context, and time.

The body does not need to be mastered before it can be trusted.
